Our philosophy

Who are we?

Milton Cleaning was started in 2021 by 2 former basketball teammates at Stonehill College, Brian Hamor and Andre Tongo. We both had bad experiences with local cleaning companies. Scheduling was a difficult back and forth, communication was non existent, and we learned they hired anyone looking for work (no vetting process).

We invested in technology, built a strict hiring process of vetting cleaners, and went to work to strive to be the best cleaning company in Boston.

Jenn Tendero

Jenn is a mother who loves to write, swim in the coldest water she can find, and cook for those she loves. Her favorite part of the week is Saturday afternoon when chores are done, the house is clean and smells like Murphy's Oil Soap, and a day of rest has begun.

Max Tendero

Max graduated in 2020 from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science. He is the oldest of Jenn and Tony Tendero's six children, owner of Christmas Lights Detroit, Black Lab dad, and impressively mediocre golfer.

What types of homes do you clean?

We're capable of cleaning all types of residential properties. Whether you live in a small apartment or a large house, we've got you covered. Our professional cleaners are experienced and trained to handle any size and type of home

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

No, if you can't be home for the scheduled clean then you can just provide access instructions to the cleaner. This can be a hidden key location or a key pad code for example.

When am I charged?

You will be charged shortly after the job is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the work.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, cleaners bring all of their own equipment. All you have to do is provide access!
